Arsenekah Ezekiel (Executive Director | Human Rights Advocate | Policy Strategist | Movement Builder

Is a human rights advocate, policy strategist, and movement builder with over two decades of experience advancing social justice, health equity, governance, and the rights of marginalized communities in Kenya and beyond.

He currently serves as the Executive Director of World Post Changers Network (WPCN) and Technical Advisor at The Global Citizen Project, providing strategic leadership in human rights programming, organizational development, policy advocacy, and community empowerment.

With expertise spanning behavioral health, quality improvement, governance, accounting, and social development, Arsenekah has become a respected voice in legislative advocacy and systems strengthening. He has played a significant role in shaping legal and policy reforms, including contributions to intersex-related legislation and county policies in Kenya.

He is also among the key initiators of Petition No. 492 of 2025, a landmark constitutional petition seeking to advance and protect the rights of intersex persons in Kenya.
Arsenekah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Sociology from Egerton University, an Accountancy Diploma (KNEC), and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy with Information Technology. He is a certified LILO Facilitator, Life Skills Trainer of Trainers (ToT), HIV Testing Services (HTS) provider, and Adherence Counselor.

His contributions to human rights have earned national recognition, including a nomination for the #Utumishi Award by NGLHRC in 2020 and recognition by the Migori County Department of Gender as an Outstanding Human Rights Defender in 2023. Beyond his organizational leadership, he serves on several boards and advisory structures across East Africa and globally, contributing to governance, strategic planning, and movement development.

Is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Technology Specialist with over seven years of experience supporting organizations to strengthen accountability, learning, program quality, and adaptive management. He specializes in designing people-centered MEL systems that integrate reflection, evidence generation, and technology to improve organizational effectiveness and impact.

Steve has worked with numerous civil society organizations, development programs, and community initiatives, helping to design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks, digital data systems, knowledge management strategies, and evaluation processes. His expertise spans Theory of Change development, MEL system design and digitalization, qualitative research, evaluation capacity strengthening, and organizational learning.

Steve Biko

A skilled facilitator and capacity builder, Steve has successfully facilitated over 50 workshops and strategic planning processes, while training more than 150 professionals in monitoring, evaluation, and learning. His work has contributed to streamlining M&E systems for over 20 organizations, significantly improving efficiency, data utilization, and decision-making.

Edyth Osire

Is a distinguished public health professional, researcher, and human rights advocate dedicated to advancing health equity, social justice, and the realization of human rights for all. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a specialization in Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights and Policy, a field in which she has demonstrated exceptional commitment through research, advocacy, and community engagement.

With a strong foundation in public health and human rights, Edyth’s work focuses on promoting inclusive and responsive health systems, strengthening community participation, and advancing equitable access to quality healthcare services, particularly for vulnerable, underserved, and marginalized populations. Her approach is grounded in the belief that health is a fundamental human right and that sustainable development can only be achieved when communities are empowered to actively participate in decisions affecting their wellbeing.

Edyth is widely recognized for her unwavering commitment to inclusion, dignity, and social justice. Throughout her career, she has contributed to initiatives that address health disparities, promote sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and empower individuals and communities to advocate for their rights. As an accomplished youth advocacy trainer and mentor, she has equipped young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to become effective leaders, advocates, and agents of change within their communities.

Christine Bosibori (Pinky) She/her

As the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Udada Imara (Sisterhood), Pinky has played a pivotal role in advancing women’s rights, leadership, and community resilience. Under her leadership, the organization has championed initiatives that promote gender justice, economic empowerment, civic participation, and the protection of human rights, particularly for women, girls, and other vulnerable populations.

Her achievements in community engagement and organizing have earned her recognition as a trusted leader and movement builder. She has successfully mobilized communities, facilitated strategic partnerships, and supported collective action aimed at addressing systemic inequalities and promoting sustainable development. Her work is grounded in feminist principles, intersectionality, and a belief in the power of communities to lead their own transformation.

Kris Otwal/He/Him

Is a respected feminist leader, organizational development specialist, and human rights advocate with extensive experience in movement building, organizational strengthening, and advancing social justice. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Migori Feminist Initiative, where he provides strategic leadership in promoting gender equality, human rights, and inclusive community development.

Kris is an accomplished consultant in Organizational Development and Systems Strengthening (ODSS), supporting civil society organizations, community-based movements, and grassroots initiatives to enhance governance, institutional effectiveness, sustainability, and program impact. His expertise spans organizational capacity assessment, strategic planning, governance strengthening, leadership development, partnership building, and resource mobilization, enabling organizations to achieve long-term growth and resilience.

A passionate advocate for human rights, equality, and social inclusion, Kris believes in the power of collective action to address systemic inequalities and promote sustainable development. His work is grounded in feminist principles, participatory leadership, and community-driven approaches that prioritize dignity, justice, and empowerment.

Recognized for his strategic vision, leadership, and commitment to transformative change, Kris continues to support organizations, movements, and communities to build stronger institutions, foster meaningful partnerships, and advance human rights for all. Mwese Kibebe (Operation and Advocacy Officer)

Mwese Kibebe (They/Them) is a dynamic human rights advocate, community organizer, and organizational development professional dedicated to advancing social justice, inclusion, and the protection of marginalized communities. They currently serve as the Operations and Advocacy Officer at World Post Changers Network (WPCN), where they provide strategic leadership in organizational management, advocacy initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and community empowerment programs.

With a strong foundation in administration, advocacy, and movement building, Mwese has established themselves as a passionate champion for human rights and equitable social transformation. Their work focuses on strengthening community-led responses, promoting civic participation, and supporting vulnerable populations to access opportunities, protection, and meaningful representation in decision-making spaces.

Prior to joining WPCN, Mwese contributed to the implementation of the Kenya Youth Opportunities Project (K-YOP), a government-led initiative aimed at enhancing economic empowerment, skills development, and livelihood opportunities for young people. Felix Kisara is a Programs Officer with expertise in project design, planning, implementation, and management. He is passionate about delivering impactful programs that address community needs, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and contribute to sustainable development outcomes.

In his role, Felix supports the development and execution of programs from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are strategically designed, effectively implemented, and aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Felix Kisara (Programs Officer)

Spentavin Nyanchama is a Human Resource professional currently serving as the Human Resource Officer at World Post Changers Network (WPCN). Collins Odhiambo is a seasoned finance and grants management professional currently serving as the Finance Officer at World Post Changers Network (WPCN). With extensive experience in donor-funded financial management, budgeting, compliance, and financial reporting, he plays a critical role in ensuring sound financial stewardship, accountability, and transparency within the organization.

Throughout his career, Collins has developed strong expertise in managing donor resources, preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements. Drawing on advanced training and expertise in Statistics and Strategic Information Management from Harvard University, Benrid specializes in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems, data quality assurance, performance tracking, results measurement, and knowledge management. Silvie Sly (She/Her) is a dedicated administrative professional, health rights advocate, and community champion committed to advancing the dignity, wellbeing, and inclusion of transgender and intersex persons. With a strong passion for social justice and community empowerment, she has actively contributed to initiatives that promote equitable access to healthcare, human rights protection, and meaningful participation of marginalized communities in society.

Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant, Silvie brings exceptional organizational, communication, and office management skills that support effective program implementation, coordination, and institutional efficiency. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence have enabled her to play a vital role in strengthening organizational systems and supporting community-centered interventions.

Silvie Sly (Administrative Assistant)

Beyond her administrative responsibilities, Silvie is a passionate advocate for health rights, particularly for transgender and intersex communities who often face barriers to healthcare access, social inclusion, and equal opportunities. She works to raise awareness, promote access to information and services, and support efforts aimed at creating safer and more inclusive environments where all individuals can live with dignity and realize their full potential.

Silvie holds a Diploma in Secretarial Studies and Office Management from Elgon View College, where she developed a strong foundation in administration, organizational management, records management, communication, and professional office practices. She continues to apply these skills to strengthen organizational effectiveness while advancing causes that promote human rights and social equity.

 

Driven by compassion, integrity, and a commitment to positive change, Silvie remains dedicated to supporting vulnerable and marginalized populations through advocacy, community engagement, and administrative leadership. Her work reflects a vision of a society where transgender, intersex, and other marginalized individuals are respected, empowered, and able to access opportunities and services without discrimination or exclusion.

Erick Ayayo (Safety and security response program specialist)

Erick Ayayo is a Safety and Security Response Program Specialist with extensive experience in protection programming, risk assessment, incident response, and survivor-centered interventions. He is dedicated to enhancing the safety, resilience, and wellbeing of individuals and communities facing threats, violence, discrimination, and human rights violations.

In his role, Erick leads and supports the documentation, verification, and fact-finding of security incidents affecting vulnerable populations, human rights defenders, and marginalized communities. His work involves conducting risk assessments, gathering and analyzing critical information, and developing appropriate response strategies that inform protection interventions, including emergency relocation, psychosocial support, safety planning, and safe house referrals.

With a strong understanding of protection principles and security management, Erick works closely with community networks, human rights organizations, and service providers to ensure timely, coordinated, and effective responses to security threats and protection concerns. His expertise enables organizations and communities to strengthen preparedness, mitigate risks, and provide comprehensive support to individuals in crisis situations.

Erick is particularly passionate about promoting the safety and dignity of human rights defenders, survivors of violence, and other at-risk individuals. Through his commitment to evidence-based protection programming and survivor-centered approaches, he contributes to creating safer environments where vulnerable populations can access support, protection, and opportunities to rebuild their lives.
