World Post Changers Network is a peak body network formed from multiple and multicultural LGBTMSM individuals and groups of affiliate distinct persons in Migori & Homabay counties. WPCN was found on 24th and 25th July 2017 with initiative support of NGLHRC paralegal training .The call/push for foundation was/is to creating meaningful involvement through participation and contribution of minority persons in distinct interventions.
